Tarun Kapoor is the founder of Consilio Advisors, a business advisory firm dedicated to helping startups and organizations build structured, scalable businesses.
With more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, exports, and business leadership, Tarun has worked across industries including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and consumer products.
Throughout his professional journey, he held leadership roles such as Business Head, National Marketing Head, General Manager, and Export Manager, where he led teams, developed market expansion strategies, and implemented systems that improved organizational performance.
During his corporate career, Tarun observed that many businesses struggled with regulatory complexity and lacked structured systems for growth.
To address these challenges, he founded Consilio Advisors.
Through his advisory services, he has already supported more than 50 startups and businesses in building strong foundations and sustainable growth strategies.
